Our First Lady
I am Redeemed. I've been bought with a price. Jesus has changed my whole life. If anybody asks you just who I am, tell them I am Redeemed.
Lady Marva Dew is a born again Christian. She is the proud and loving wife of the dynamic Reverend Dr. Gerald M. Dew. Domestic at heart, she cherishes her role as wife to a multifaceted and gifted man of God and is stepmother to two young adults: Reverend Samuel and Eboni Dew. She is the gracious First Lady of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago, IL. Sister Dew serves as:
President Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Ministers’ Wives & Widows Ministry

Workshop Teacher Former President Illinois Missionary Baptist State Convention Ministers’ Wives and Widows Ministry
Advisory Member Yowkebed Worldwide Ministries
A gifted and anointed woman of God, Sister Dew is blessed with the unique ability to connect to women from all walks of life. She uses her God-given spiritual gifts of exhortation, teaching, and administration to bless women through personal mentoring, local church workshops, seminars, retreats, and conventions. A woman of few words and a quiet spirit, she believes that (1) love is an action word and (2) the power of Christianity is demonstrated best through the walk and not the talk. Her desire is to see Christian women exemplify the Titus 2 woman (Titus 2:3-5) by pouring the good things of God into the lives of one another.
Sister Dew is committed to meeting the needs of women throughout her church, community, state, and nation. She is passionate about the bond, strength, and power of united Christian sisterhood and considers serving as Founder and Director of Sisters For Sisters (a national women’s ministry- 2001-2015) one of her greatest achievements. Through this conference Sister Dew has inspired and encouraged hundreds of women to embrace spiritual change and live more fulfilling lives with and through Christ. Her life mantra remains, “Every sister will be a sister and every sister will have a sister, so that no sister will stand alone.” Her life verse and philosophy is grounded in Proverb 27:17, "As iron sharpeneth iron, so one man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend." Her life’s work continues with the sisters of Antioch and beyond. Wherever women are gathered together, there is an opportunity for spiritual growth and development. Sister Dew is committed to taking full advantage of such opportunities to lead, guide, and direct. She vehemently believes that strengthening the women of God and the bonds of sisterhood will fortify the family, the community, the world, and the church. Her mission in life is to build the woman so the house might stand.
